Personal therapy/counselling session

Service Description

I am a generic counsellor, mainly experienced in trauma and abuse, but I also support with depression and/or anxiety, even suicide ideation. I can support relationship and communication difficulties and have worked with "difference" as a special needs teacher for those experiencing severe learning difficulties and autism. I am interested in building self esteem, confidence and autonomy and supporting people to reach their goals wherever possible. I also offer supervision for trainee and practicing counsellors, and can provide counselling training.
